Negotiating your case (if necessary)

When you have confirmed you are happy with it, we will provide our report to the relevant party along with a proposed offer of settlement for the compensation we believe you deserve.

What costs are involved?
For Housing Disrepair and Medical Negligence claims: We operate on a ‘No Win, No Fee’ basis, which means there’s absolutely no financial risk to you.
We know it might sound like a cliché, but it’s true: if your claim is not successful, you don’t pay us a penny.
We wouldn’t go through all the effort of working on your claim if we didn’t believe in it. If we take on your case, it’s because we’re confident we can help you succeed.
All we care about is getting you the justice you deserve, without the financial worry or concerns!
For full transparency, for housing disrepair claims, the fee for our service is 35% + VAT of your final compensation. You’ll still receive the remainder of your compensation and, in housing disrepair cases, get your property issues fixed – so it’s the best of both worlds.
For medical negligence claims, our fee is 25% of general damages and past losses only. In other words, we don’t touch any compensation for future damages.
For Wills & Estate Planning: We offer transparent, fixed-fee pricing for our wills and estate planning services. During your initial consultation, we’ll explain all costs upfront so there are no surprises. Our priority is making quality legal advice accessible and affordable.
