The Liberay Legal team is delighted to announce that we’re officially Lexcel accredited.

Introduced by The Law Society in 1998 as recognition of excellence in law firms across England and Wales, Lexcel is a mark of quality, highlighting practices demonstrating high levels of client care, compliance and practice management.

Achieving this accreditation makes us one of only 1,600 law firms in England and Wales who are Lexcel accredited – just 10% of the total number of firms.

The accreditation itself involves a rigorous application and assessment process, taking around six months in total. Aimed at promoting a robust framework of consistency and quality across the legal sector the assessment takes into account a range of areas across the business.

Under the assessment of an independent body, Firms are required to demonstrate how the business is structured, their strategic planning, financial management and risk management. The assessment also covers people management, information management, case and file management and crucially, client care.

Rick from Liberay Legal

Rick Law, Managing Director said: “Our Lexcel accreditation signals an important step for Liberay Legal, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to excellence across the entire practice.

We often say that people don’t know they need a lawyer until something goes wrong, and, as specialists in housing disrepair, our clients often come to us at a vulnerable time in their lives

The cases we deal with can be incredibly emotive and this accreditation is testament to the hard work and dedication of our legal teams across the practice who work tirelessly to support our clients to seek the justice they deserve.

We’re here to listen, support, and fight for the home you deserve.
